I started ECM so that I could do what I love in a more efficient, affordable way than what is the industry norm. My experience in the industry gave me the tools I needed to streamline a process into a machine that is more accurate, faster and efficient. The time and labor saved by ECM adjusters using this technology is passed directly to our customers in per claim cost reduction. ECM is proud to offer a low flat rate claim contract. That means you are never charged according to the number of items claimed or the claimed amount.
